1 slice Multigrain toast
1 T Mayonnaise
1 t Sriracha
1 ea Sliced avocado
TT Kosher salt
2 oz Jumbo lump crab
¼ cup ¼” diced mango
1 t Chopped pimento pepper
1/6 ea Juice of lime
Pinch Sliced tarragon
Pinch Sliced cilantro 

1. In a mixing bowl combine mango, peppers and lime 

2. Toast bread 

3. Layer mayonnaise, sriracha, sliced avocado, kosher salt, jumbo lump crab 

4. Sprinkle mango and garnish with tarragon and cilantro
