How do I change my order?
You can change your order at any time in the cart before the transaction is finalized.
How do I cancel my order?
Our mission is to provide the best shopping experience, and we begin working on your order immediately after checkout. Therefore we are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you’ve placed it. However, you may send us an e-mail as soon as you’ve chosen to cancel your order and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
If my order can't be fulfilled, will I be charged?
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will not be charged. If we have to cancel your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number through email. You can also find your tracking number in ‘My Account’.
What about back orders or out of stock items?
Due to demand, some products may be backordered or sold out. In this case, simply enter your email in the ‘Notify me when back in stock’ section, and we will let you know via email as soon as the item is back in stock.
How will my order be packaged?
We take pride in our work and we ensure that any product shipped will arrive safe and sound. If any damage does occur during transit, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We ensure that all transactions placed on our website are processed securely.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at time of checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
How much is shipping and handling?
We offer different shipping and handling options. Shipping and handling will be estimated during the process checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination zip code.
What is the delivery time to an APO/FPO address?
We honor our Servicemen and Women, therefore orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses will be a priority to ship as soon as possible. Delivery time will be estimated at checkout.
What is the delivery time to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories?
Please allow 10-15 business days for items shipped via Standard Delivery. For expedited shipping Add an extra 1-3 business days for orders shipped via 2-Day Express or Next Day Air.
Taxes and Fees
Do you charge taxes?
Turgla Home Inc. applies sales tax on the merchandise total charged for items shipped to the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NM, NJ, NV, NY, OK, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV, WY and WI. Where required, tax is also applied to the shipping and handling. Appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation. For states not listed, your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.
Promotions, Coupons, & Gifts
What kinds of promotions do you offer?
We like to thank our customers with special promotional offers. Available promotions will be indicated on relevant pages of our website.
How can I use my promo code?
Simply enter the code in the promotion code field during the Checkout process. Promotion codes are case sensitive.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
While we do not gift wrap, all orders are packaged with love, care, and good presentation. Plus, prices are never enclosed in the box, so it’s always safe to send Turgla Home as a gift!
Can I write a gift message?
Yes! You can submit a short message, which we will place on a small card and enclose in the box.
How can I return a gift?
If you aren’t completely satisfied with a gift you’ve received, simply return it within 15 days of receipt and provide proof of purchase (a gift receipt or a packing slip showing the purchased item). We’ll either exchange the item for another, or issue a Turgla Home Gift Card equal to the amount of the returned item.
Do you use plastic in your packaging?
No! All of our packing materials are made of 100% recyclable paper goods, and we pride ourselves on it. No wasteful plastic wrap here!
What's your take on environmental sustainability?
Turgla is committed to daily environmentally friendly practices from manufacturing to packing and delivery. During production, our factories limit waste by reusing the heat emitted from kilns, recycling water, and salvaging raw materials. In packing, we do use 100% recyclable materials!
Do you offer returns?
Yes! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 15 days at email@example.com and we will help process your return, including a sending you a UPS return label. Items must be unused and in original condition.
How long does it take for a refund?
After we receive the product we will issue your refund to your credit card account within 10 business days. In some cases the refund may not show on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
What if don't receive a confirmation of my order?
If you don’t receive confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please check your online account, or send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Care representatives answer email inquiries Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern. In order to check the status for your order, we will ask you to provide us with your name, billing zip code, and the date your order was placed.
