These Terms &Conditions set forth the terms and conditions for membership in the Turgla B2B program (the “Program”). Turgla may change the Turgla B2B Program or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Turgla will post such changes online at www.B2B.TURGLA.COM/TERMSNCONDITIONS. Any changed Terms & Conditions become effective immediately upon being posted here, and your continued use of membership constitutes your agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions.
The Turgla B2B program membership is only granted to i) Hospitality Industry businesses; Distributors, Sales Representatives, Manufacturers Representatives, Institutional Clients, Hotels and Restaurants and others in food service industry.
We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Turgla B2B Membership
Membership is not transferable. Membership are provided for the applicant entity and can be used by all authorized employees of the entity. Members may request multiple sub-accounts associated with their membership. Request must be done in writing and e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org including Name, Last Name, position you’re your company, e-mail address. Misuse of membership may result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: any unauthorized sharing of account credentials with individuals or entities who otherwise do not qualify for Turgla B2B account platform.
Discount is valid for all products provided by Turgla and Turgla Home Inc. Shipping, Special handling, taxes and other charges may apply.
Turgla Home reserves the right to terminate a membership or cancel the Turgla Discount program at its sole discretion, with or without notice to the member.

How do I place an order or receive a quote?
What is your return policy?
We will gladly issue a refund, less any applicable shipping charges and/or restocking fees, for any product with which you are not fully satisfied. Returns are not allowed on any personalized items. To make a return, please call (301) 937-0333 or email RA@Turglahome.com. and obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items must be returned unused in original packaging and condition.
